PN Racing PNWC Mini-Z Enclosed Cover Kit Spur Gear 64P 53T for Gear Differential

Changing Spur Gear Ratio

1. Loosen Tension Nut to separate side gears.

2. Allow spider gear pins to recess into carrier. Depress with screw driver if necessary as shown by arrows.

3. Remove spur gear.

4. Installation is reverse of removal

Install Cover

1. Insert Outer Cover (with see through screw hole) in Spur Gear Groove (wheel side) and line up the screw hole with the spur gear

2. Insert Inner Cover (screw hole can’t see through) in Spur Gear Groove (shaft side) and line up the screw hole with the spur gear

3. Install 3 screws, gently tighten diagonally (Thin Plastic can strip easily, Do Not Over Tighten)
