126 Pitch Ball Differential with Hard Coated 24T

- Hard Coated Shaft
- 24 Tooth Pinion
- 126 Pitch Spur gear, 109 Tooth
- 1.5mm Set screw for pinion
Instructions for 126 Pitch Ball Diff Tooth Pinon:
Carefully use 1.5mm Driver to insert set screw into the 24 Tooth Hard Coated Pinion, be sure not to strip set screw and cross thread the pinion. When building the ball diff you want a smooth feel therefore using a good grease is recommended. Be sure to Sand the diff rings on a flat surface with fine sandpaper to ensure a SUPER smooth feel!
To Sum up we Recommed:
That you run the ball diff as tight as you can PER CONDITIONS, The looser the ball diff is the more grit feel you will have once dirt gets inside. Tighter Diff will achive more drive but can cause rear-end to break free under certain conditions.
Breaking in your ball diff and the rings properly will help the longevity and preformance as well!
